Vineet Kumar Singh is the Chairman of our Board and Managing Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since 2024 and is currently responsible for our Company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures, providing strategic advice to the Board, developing and executing our Company’s business strategies and establishing policies and legal guidelines. He has over 10 years of experience in the engineering industry. Mr. Singh holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Uttar Pradesh. His dedication to environmental stewardship, combined with a forward-thinking mindset, has made him a respected leader in the renewable energy sector. He is known for his hands-on approach, ensuring that every solar installation is executed with precision, transparency, and long-term reliability. Under his guidance, the company has built a strong reputation for quality, customer satisfaction, and technical excellence.

Mrs. Akansha Singh is the Whole-time Director of our Company. Her dedication to environmental preservation and clean energy solutions has been instrumental in shaping the company’s core values and long-term vision. She has been associated with our Company since 2024 as the Director. She is currently responsible for our Company’s short and long-term strategy and setting strategic goals. She has over 2 years of experience in the field of solar industries. She holds a Master’s degree in Art from the University of Uttar Pradesh. She believes that solar energy is not just a technological solution but a lifestyle choice that can transform the way people interact with energy.
